2. Eligibility

- Visualize yourself in traditional Indian bridal outfits
- Download AI-generated try-on images
- Browse curated outfit collections
3.2 What We Are NOT
Important Disclaimers:
- ❌ We are NOT a custom tailoring service
- ❌ We do NOT guarantee exact fit or sizing
- ❌ Generated images are style previews, not exact fit simulations
- ❌ We are NOT responsible for purchasing decisions based on our service
- ❌ We do NOT sell clothing or outfits
4. User Responsibilities and Conduct
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service ONLY for:
- ✅ Personal, non-commercial purposes
- ✅ Visualizing bridal outfit options
- ✅ Making informed purchasing decisions
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- ❌ Upload photos of other people without their consent
- ❌ Upload photos of minors (under 18/16)
- ❌ Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- ❌ Upload photos containing nudity or sexually explicit content
- ❌ Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
- ❌ Reverse engineer or copy our AI models
- ❌ Scrape or automatically download content
- ❌ Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
- ❌ Attempt to hack or breach security measures
- ❌ Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- ❌ Resell or redistribute our Service
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review uploaded content for compliance
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Report illegal content to authorities
5. Third-Party Products, Brands & Images
All product images, brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this platform are the property of their respective owners.
Style My Bride is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands, designers, or retailers whose products are featured on this platform. Specifically:
- Product images are sourced from publicly available brand websites and catalogs, and are used solely for the purpose of enabling virtual try-on visualization.
- All product listings include direct links to the original brand or retailer websites where the products can be purchased.
- We do not sell any physical products. All purchases are made directly through the respective brand or retailer websites.
- We do not claim ownership of any third-party product images, descriptions, or brand assets.
- Inclusion of any brand's products on our platform does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Brand Owners: If you are a brand owner or authorized representative and wish to have your products or images removed from our platform, please contact us at shipfast.pvt@gmail.com. We will promptly comply with all removal requests.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Your Content (Photos You Upload)
- You Own Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to photos you upload
- License to Us: By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos to provide the Service
- Duration: This license ends when we delete your photos (immediately after processing)
- No Other Use: We will NOT use your photos for any other purpose
6.2 Generated Images
Ownership of AI-Generated Images:
- You may download and use generated images for personal purposes
- We retain rights to use anonymized/aggregated data for service improvement
- You may NOT use generated images for commercial purposes without permission
- You may NOT claim generated images as professional photography
6.3 Our Service and Brand
- Style My Bride name, logo, and branding are our property
- The website design, AI models, and code are our property
- You may NOT copy, reproduce, or create derivative works
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Pricing
- Free tier: Limited number of try-ons per day
- Paid tiers: As displayed on our pricing page
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD)
- All prices include applicable taxes
7.2 Payment Processing
- Payments processed through Razorpay (or other secure providers)
- We do NOT store your credit card information
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
7.3 Subscriptions
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings
- No Refunds: After cancellation, service continues until end of paid period
7.4 Refund Policy
Refunds:
- ✅ Technical issues preventing service use: Full refund within 7 days
- ✅ Unauthorized charges: Full refund upon verification
- ❌ Change of mind: No refunds (digital service consumed immediately)
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with AI results: No refunds (service provided as described)

8. Service Availability and Modifications
8.1 Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service
- Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We are NOT liable for service interruptions
8.2 Service Changes
- We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
- We will notify users of significant changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
8.3 Daily Limits
- Free tier has daily usage limits to prevent abuse
- Limits may change based on service capacity
- We reserve the right to enforce fair usage policies
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
AI-generated images are style previews only and should NOT be considered:
- ❌ Exact representations of fit or sizing
- ❌ Professional photography or product images
- ❌ Guarantees of how the outfit will look in reality
- ❌ Substitutes for professional styling advice
Limitations of AI:
- Colors may vary from actual products
- Fabric textures are approximations
- Fit and draping may differ from real garments
- Lighting and shadows are simulated
- Body proportions may be altered by AI
We are NOT responsible for:
- Purchasing decisions based on AI-generated images
- Dissatisfaction with actual outfits purchased
- Differences between AI images and real products

11. Limitation of Liability

- We do NOT guarantee accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI results
11.2 Liability Limitations
- We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability: Amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100 USD if free user)
- We are NOT liable for third-party actions (outfit sellers, payment processors)
11.3 Not Liable For
- ❌ Purchasing decisions based on our Service
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with outfits purchased from third parties
- ❌ Technical failures or data loss
- ❌ Unauthorized access to your account
- ❌ AI-generated content accuracy
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Style My Bride from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your use of the Service
- Content you upload
13. Termination
13.1 By You
- You may delete your account at any time
- Cancel subscriptions from account settings
- No refunds for unused subscription time
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Your account is inactive for 12+ months
- Required by law
13.3 Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We will delete your data per our retention policy
- You may request a data export before deletion
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Step 2 - Mediation: If unresolved, attempt mediation
Step 3 - Arbitration/Court:
- USA: Binding arbitration (except small claims court)
- EU/UK: Consumer protection laws apply, courts of your residence
- India: Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Canada: Courts of Ontario
14.3 Class Action Waiver (USA Only)
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action (except where prohibited by law).
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Style My Bride.
15.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
15.4 Assignment
We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Email notification for significant changes
Effective Date: Changes take effect 30 days after posting (or immediately if required by law)
Continued Use: Using the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
